Forgot to put up my Mindmap for proposed dissertation on Climate Change and Design. I enjoyed doing the Wiki Project entry and didn't realise just how big the problem is that is affect our planet.

Reading Week

Been busy during the week trying to source the materials for our MoLI project. Tried model shops, hardware shops to ship's chandlers and nothing. Even tried the Uni workshops in the Howard Building and got some good advice.

Also been reading books on Global warming which I am thinking of taking forward for my dissertation, but still not sure. May find out on Wednesday after our Group meeting on Tuesday afternoon.

Gordon and I went to a junk yard and found this great battery which we will include in our Moli project.

Wiki Comments

Had to add comments to the Group Members Wiki entries on Thursday. Some very good articles and very informative. I only just made the deadline so will have to be more attentive in future.

Bollocking

Had a bollocking this morning about not posting enough items on the Blog.
I'm new to this blogging lark and not really sure what to put on, or is that in, the blog. I'll have to look at some others to see what they do.
Anyway.
Gordon and I have teamed up to do our project for MoLI, Museum of Lost Interaction. We are going to reproduce or create our own version of a wax cylinder telephone answering machine.

Uploading Wiki Design

Spent ages last night uploading and trying to edit my Wiki for the assignment. Got most of it done then it crashed. Back to the start. Crash. Try again. Crash. Its a wonder you couldn't hear me screaming. Will try and get a pic of the hair I pulled out.

All done now though - and on time.
