Dissertation Summary of Memory Loss and Aids to Create Interaction
To know more about memory loss and Alzheimer’s Disease in particular:
- How it affects the sufferers
- The impact it creates on family, friends and carers
- Look at the different stages of Alzheimer’s
It shall also try and predict how the current generation with all their knowledge and skills of using a variety of todays, and future, electronic devices. Will it help them deal with the onset of Alzheimer’s disease?
It shall also look at current research is being carried out to find a cure for this degrading illness. Any devices or aids that are available to assist the sufferers themselves and also their caregivers manage their charges.
Can environmental changes reduce anxiety and stress for the people with the disease i.e. lighting, decor, physical activities etc.
Hopefully, after all the research, it shall be possible to create a device in fourth year studies which will be of some use to both sufferers and carers.
