Our group had a meeting in early February 2011 to discuss what we should take forward for our Business Proposal. A brainstorming session took place and two main topics came to the fore. The first was for campus students to become involved in a refundable bottle recycling scheme and the second was to produce biodegradable take-away food containers which have been impregnatated with vegetable seeds.
After some discussion it was decided to pursue both ideas and further discussions and reconnaissance forays took place.
After a few weeks of research it was decided to drop the refundable bottle idea and concentrate on the boxes with seeds.
A new blog was created along with a website (although the website has nothing on it at present).
Some tasks were allocated to members of the Team which shall be discussed at our next meeting in late February.
Alan emailed Hamid letting him now of the new blog and Hamid has acknowledged the fact that he has looked at it.
